For my final game project I have a few ideas. My first idea being a trash clean up game. I am a pretty passionate person when it comes to environmental cleanups and “Saving the turtles” so I think funneling my passion into a game around it would be an easy idea. I would base the game around cleaning up trash in different settings such as a park, the ocean, and a parking lot maybe? The player would clean up the trash by simply drag and dropping the trash into various trash cans throughout the level. Throughout the levels the player would be met with other citizens that would litter right in front of the player, making their task harder. The player would only have a certain amount of time per level to collect all the trash to win the game. This would push the idea that trash is everywhere in day to day society and the game would highlight how easy it is to clean up the trash.

My next idea would be along the lines of a dating simulator. The game would basically be a Tinder clone but the player would have to filter through all the unsafe matches in order to find the safe ones. The goal for the player would to find the correct match for them that wont put them in harms way. This game idea would help express safety when using dating apps while teaching them what to look out for on unsafe profiles. The game would have multiple ending depending on who the player matches up with and the ending would reflect if the player made the right decision and give an explanation on why it was a good/bad choice.

My final idea would be a game based around over fishing and ocean preservation. The game would have the player fish to meet a certain quota, say 75 pounds of fish, but they can only fish a certain amount of fish, say 8 fish. The player would have to carefully fish the correct size fish in order to meet their quota without overfishing. If the player would to overfish and not meet their quota, they will lose the game and have to restart. This game would aim to highlight the dangers of overfishing and encourage more healthy ways in order to hunt and harvest fish.
